Delivery time

We are always trying to deliver your order as soon as possible. All orders done on working days before 17:00 will be shipped the same day. However, sometimes products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take longer. Delivery times are shown on all product pages. We will inform you as soon as possible in case we do not get the order delivered in time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary by country of destination:

In Europe

€ 5,95 for orders below € 100,-
Free for orders starting at € 100,-

Outside of Europe

€ 19,95 for orders below € 150,-
Free for orders starting at € 150,-

In the Netherlands

For destinations in the Netherlands we do not charge extra shipping.

Carrier

Delivery runs via PostNL, DHL or DPD parcel delivery. In general, delivery in the Netherlands will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the moment of delivery.

Delivery for destinations outside the Netherlands varies. An overview will be available in the short term.
