Returns

Occasionally, you may want to send an order return. Perhaps you don’t like the product after all or there may be another reason why you would like to return the order. Whatever the reason, you are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice.

You have got 14 days to return your product after cancellation. After we receive your product you will be credited with the full order amount. Only the cost of returning from your home to us is at your own expense. These costs are different for each country so we advise you to check your carrier’s website for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the vendor in the original condition - if reasonably possible - and packaging with all supplied accessories. To use this right, you can contact us at [email protected] We will then refund the due amount within 14 days after we received the product(s), provided that the product has been returned in good condition.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging is more damaged than it is necessary to try the product, we can pass on a value reduction of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when you are sending it back to us.
