We care about our products and that's why we try to deliver your order to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it is possible an order is broken during transport or something else happens that makes you eligible for warranty. Legally speaking, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months. If the defect is within the warranty, the repair or replacement is free of charge.

In addition to the fixed 14 day return warranty there is a 12-month warranty available on Woodiful's wooden sunglasses. This applies to all models.
Please note that the warranty applies only to factory defects. If the sunglasses are broken by own dedication or those of third parties, the warranty will expire.
In addition to the fixed 14 day return warranty there is a 12-month warranty available on the hourwork of Woodiful's wooden watches. If something is wrong with the watch, please contact us. Note that when the clock is no longer working, the batteries may be empty. The batteries are easy to replace. If you do not have the tools to replace the battery, we recommend to go to a jeweler. Should there be something wrong with the hourwork of the watch, please contact us. We try to provide an appropriate solution in all cases.
Unfortunately, the warranty doesn't apply for damage caused by bumping or dropping. Neither does the warranty apply in case of water or fire damage.
Wooden bow ties
In addition to the fixed 14 day return warranty there is a 12-month warranty available on all our wooden bow ties.
Wooden phone cases
In addition to the fixed 14 day return warranty there is a 6-month warranty available on all our wooden phone cases.
Please note that the warranty applies to factory defects only. Unfortunately, the warranty doesn't apply for damage caused by bumping or dropping. Neither does the warranty apply in case of water or fire damage and incorrectly attaching or disconnecting.
Step 1: Send an e-mail to [email protected] with your ordernumber, the purchased product(s) and the defects of the product(s).
Step 2: We will contact you within 24 hours to inform you about the warrantystatus of your notification and follow-up steps.
Step 3: Once the returned product is received, we determine if you are entitled to a new product. If this is the case, we will send the new product to you within 5 working days. In this case, the returncosts will be taken for own account. If you are not entitled to a new model, we will always let you know why this is the case and provide a suitable alternative.
